Hs-CRP和MMP-9/TIMP-1在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者血清中的表达意义

目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)/金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者血清中的表达意义。方法 48例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者作为观察组,30例健康人为对照组,测定所有入选人群的hs-CRP,MMP-9,TIMP-1及观察组的呼吸功能。结果观察组hs-CRP,MMP-9,TIMP-1,MMP-9/TIMP-1与对照组明显增高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。观察组FEV1%为(43.6±14.9)%,与hs-CRP有明显负相关关系(r=-0.6133,P<0.05),与MMP-9/TIMP-1有明显负相关关系(r=-0.2644,P<0.05)。结论 Hs-CRP和MMP-9/TIMP-1在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者的发病中有重要作用。

The significance of hs-CRP and MMP-9/TIMP-1 in ,serum of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To study the significance of high sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） and matrix met alloproteinase （MMP-9）/（ tissue inhibitor of met alloproteinase）TIMP-1 in serum of patients with a- cute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 48 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were enrolled into the objectiveness group. Thirty heathy people were en- rolled into the control group. The hs-CRP, MMP-9, TIMP-1 and respiratory function were detected. Results The hs-CRP, MMP-9, TIMP-1 and MMP-9/TIMP-1 in the objectiveness group were higher than these of the control group （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0. 05）. The FEV1% in the objectiveness group was （43.6 ~ 14. 9） %, which has a nega- tive correlation with hs-CRP （ r = -0. 6133, P 〈 0.05 ） and a negative correlation with MMP-9/TIMP-1 （ r = - 0. 2644, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion hs-CRP and MMP-9/TIMP-1 can play a importment role in patients with a- cute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
