国产冻干水痘减毒活疫苗的接种反应及免疫效果观察

目的分析国产冻干水痘减毒活疫苗的接种反应,探讨其免疫效果。方法将2008-2010年间来我院接种水痘疫苗的728例儿童随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各364例,观察组儿童接种国产冻干水痘减毒活疫苗,对照组儿童接种麻疹腮腺炎减毒活疫苗,比较两组研究对象的接种反应及免疫效果。结果观察组儿童接种前后抗体阳转率为97.8%(356/364),对照组儿童接种前后抗体阳转率为95.3%(347/364),抗体阳转率组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组儿童接免疫种后的GMT水平较接种前有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组儿童接种后的GMT水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组儿童接种应发生率为0.330%,对照组儿童为0.302%,接种反应发生率组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论接种国产冻干水痘减毒活疫苗免疫效果确切,且接种不良反应发生率低,是一种安全有效的接种方法,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Observation on Adverse reaction and Immune effect of the domestic freeze-dried live attenuated Varicella vaccine

Objective To analyze the adverse reaction of the domestic freeze-dried live attenuated Varicella vaccine,and explore its Immune effect.Methods 728 children who vaccinated varicella vaccine in our hospital from 2010 to 2011 years were randomly divided into observation group and control group,364 childreen in each group.The children of observation group were immunized with domestic freeze-dried live attenuated Varicella vaccine,and the children of control group were immunized with measles and mumps combined live attenuated vaccine,compared the adverse reaction and Immune effect of the two groups.Results The conversation rate for the group with negative antibiotic level before vaccination in observation group was 97.8 %(356/364),that of the control group was 95.3 %(347/364),and the conversation rate for the group with negative antibiotic level before vaccination between two groups had no significant difference,(P>0.05).The geometric mean titer(GMT) in positive group was obliviously higher than negative group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The GMT in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The general incidence rate of adverse reaction in observation group was 0.330%,and that in control group was 0.302%,the general incidence rate of adverse reaction between two groups had no significant difference,(P>0.05).Conclusion The immune effect of the domestic freeze-dried live attenuated Varicella vaccine is significant,and the general incidence rate of adverse reaction is low.The domestic freeze-dried live attenuated Varicella vaccine possessed good safety and worth popularizing.
