原发性甲状腺功能减退症经左旋甲状腺激素替代治疗后的心肌酶变化

目的 观察原发性甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)患者应用左旋甲状腺素治疗后心肌酶的变化.方法 确诊为原发性甲减患者35例,进行左旋甲状腺素替代治疗,比较治疗前后心肌酶的变化.结果 原发性甲减能使心肌酶增高,经左旋甲状腺激素替代治疗后,降低心肌酶,并逐渐恢复正常.结论 原发性甲减患者经左旋甲状腺素治疗可显著降低心肌酶直至正常水平,随之使甲状腺功能得到恢复.

Effect of levothyroxine replacement therapy on the myocardial enzyme level in patients with primary hy- pothyroidism

Objective To investigate the effect of levothyroxine replacement therapy on the serum myco- cardial enzyme level in patients with primary hypothyroidisw. Methods 35 patients with primary hypothyrodism were chosen, and treated with levothyroxine, and the serum mycocardial enzyme levels were messured before and after the treatment. Results The serum myocardial enzyme levels in the patients with hypothyroidism increased significantly. Levothyroxine replacement therapy decreased the serum mycocardial enzyme, levels gradually to nor- real. Conclusion Levothyroxine replacement therapy can decrease the serum mycocardial enzyme level of the pa- tients with hypothyroidism to normal, followed with the recovered thyroid gland function.
