内镜黏膜切除术治疗早期食管癌和癌前病变的价值

目的探讨内镜黏膜切除术治疗早期食管癌和癌前病变的价值。方法本文选取了我院2011年1月至2012年4月间入院治疗的25例早期食管癌及癌前病变患者为研究对象,针对治疗效果进行了分析。结果本次研究的25例患者中,全部患者的病变直径介于6～13mm,运用内镜黏膜切除术一次性完整切除,病理结果显示:基底及切缘均未见病变残留;患者在实施内镜黏膜切除术后进行1～7个月的随访,内镜复查平均次数为2.12次,在首次内镜复查过程中均发现创面愈合、瘢痕形成,经过碘染色后观察没有发现病变残留和复发。结论内镜黏膜切除术在早期食管癌及癌前病变治疗中的微创优势,是安全、有效的治疗方法 。

The value of endoscopic mucosal resection in the treatment of early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions

Objective To investigate the value of endoscopic mucosal resection in the treatment of ear- ly esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions. Methods 25 cases of early esophageal cancer and precancer- ous lesions hospitalized in our hospital from January 2011 to April 2012 were chosen as the research object in this article. The treatment effect was analyzed. Results In the 25 patients in this study, all patients with le- sion diameter ranged from 6 ~ 13 mm, Take the use of endoscopic mucosal resection for a one-time complete re- section. The pathology results showed that： the substrate and the cutting edge were with no lesions residual. The patients were taken with mirror mucosal resection for 1 ~ 7 months of following-up. The average endoscopic re- view number was 2. 12times. In the first endoscopic review process, the wound healing, scar formation were found. The residual and recurrence of lesions observed after iodine staining was not found. Conclusion The minimally invasive has advantages of endoscopic mucosal resection in the treatment of early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions. It is a safe and effective treatment method.
