先天性喉喘鸣与60例佝偻病并肺炎的临床分析

目的 对先天性喉喘鸣并佝偻病并发肺炎患者的临床治疗效果进行探讨.方法 针对2010年下半年至2011年下半年在我院接受治疗的60例先天性喉喘鸣并发佝偻病及肺炎患者进行回顾性的分析,全部患者均有先天性喉喘鸣的病史.给予综合治疗,在肺炎的基础治疗上,根据患者的病情严重程度,给予维生素D及钙剂口服或者静脉滴注,观察患者的反应情况,分析其的临床疗效.结果 60例佝偻病并肺炎患儿的治疗效果显著,其中48例治愈出院,7例病情好转,1例无效死亡,总有效率为91.7%.结论 在治疗肺炎的基础上,给予一定的维生素D及钙剂口服或者静脉滴注,有助于佝偻病肺炎患儿的治疗,从而提高其的治愈率.

The clinical analysis of laryngeal stridor and cases with rickots comlicated by pneumonia

Objective To explore congenital laryngeal stridor and rickets complicated by pneumonia in patients with clinical outcomes. Methods Treated in our hospital for the second half of 2010 to the second half of 2011, 60 cases of congenital laryngeal sttidor complicated by tickets and pneumonia patients, a retrospective analysis, all patients had congenital laryngeal stridor history. Given comprehensive treatment on the basis of treatment of pneumonia, according to the severity of the condition of the patient, given vitamin D and calcium administered orally or intravenously, to observe the patient＇s response, and analyze its clinical efficacy. Results The treatment of 60 cases of tickets and pneumonia in children significantly, of which 48 cases were cured, 7 cases condition improved, 5 patient died, the total effective rate was 91.7%. Conclusion On the basis of the treatment of pneumonia, given vitamin D and calcium administered orally or intravenously to help the treatment of tickets in children with pneumonia, thereby enhancing its the cure rate.
