血必净协同治疗脓毒症机械通气患者的临床疗效观察

目的 观察血必净注射液协同治疗脓毒症机械通气患者的临床疗效.方法 采用前瞻随机对照研究（RCT）的方法将符合2008年脓毒症诊断标准,且行有创通气的患者根据随机数字表和信封法分为对照组和治疗组;两组患者均给予常规综合治疗（包括机械通气、抗感染、脏器功能支持,营养及对症处理）,血必净治疗组是在常规治疗基础上加用血必净注射液100mL静脉滴注,2次/d,连用7d.记录两组患者在入选后第1d（治疗组在使用血必净前）、第3d、第7d以及第10d 的C 反应蛋白（CRP）,肺损伤评分和SAPSⅡ评分.结果 疗程结束时两组患者的CRP、肺损伤评分、SAPSⅡ评分均出现下降,并且治疗组下降更明显,较对照组差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）.结论 血必净注射液能抑制脓毒症机械通气患者的炎症反应水平,减轻患者的肺部及全身损伤.

Clinical Effect of Xuebijing Injection in the Treatment of Sepsis with Mechanical Ventilation

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Xuebijing injection in the sepsis patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods The sepsis patients treated with mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group.The two groups were all treated with mechanical ventilation,antibiotics,symptomatic and nutrition support treatment,and the only difference was that Xuebijing injection 100mL was given every 12 hours for 7 days to the treatment group. C-reactive protein（CRP）,lung injury score,SAPS Ⅱ score,were recorded before therapy and after 3d,7d,10d of therapy. Results After the therapeutic course,CRP,lung injury score and SAPS Ⅱ score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Xuebijing injection can inhibit inflammatory response and reduce lung and systemic injury of the sepsis patients with mechanical ventilation.
