脾肾阴虚模型大鼠肝细胞线粒体磷脂组分变化的比较研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨实验性脾、肾阴虚模型大鼠磷脂组分的变化 ,揭示脾肾相关的病理生理基础。方法 :采用经典方法分别复制了脾阴虚证和肾阴虚证动物模型。观察并对比了两种模型大鼠和相应治疗组的神经鞘磷脂 (SM )、磷脂酰胆碱 (PC)、磷脂酰乙醇胺 (PE)和磷脂酰甘油 (CL)的含量变化。结果 :脾肾阴虚模型大鼠SM升高 ,PC下降 ,SM /PC比值升高 ,且组间差异显著。治疗药物具有降低SM ,升高PC ,降低SM /PC比值的作用。结论 :甘油磷脂减少、神经磷脂增加是脾、肾阴虚证形成的共同病理生理基础

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the phospholipid ingredients of model rats with spleen-Yin deficiency and kidney-Yin deficiency,expounding the pathological and physiological basis related to the spleen and kidney.Methods:Rats model of spleen-Yin deficiency and kidney-Yin deficiency are set up by the classical way.Sphingomyelin (SM),phosphatidylcholine(PC),phosphstidylethsnolamine(PE),and cardiolipin(CL)are observed in model rats and treatment rats.Results:SM and SM/PC are increased significantly in model rats compared with control group while PC is decreased significantly.And so do the different grouping model rats.The drug of nourishing kidney-Yin can decrease SM,increase PC and regulate the SM/PC.And the drug of nourishing spleen-Yin cannot do so.Conclusions:The same pathological and physiological basis of spleen-Yin deficiency and kidney-Yin deficiency are the decreased glycerol phospholipid and increased sphingomyelin.
