| 摘 要： | 目的掌握龙岩市新罗区从业人员职业禁忌证的检出情况,便于加强管理。方法HBsAg(HBeAg)检测用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法,ALT检测用赖氏法,肺结核采用X线胸透检查。结果该区从业人员各疾病检出率为7.69%,男性HBsAg阳性率为4.21%(1297/30779),女性为2.86%(864/30779)。年青人(20岁以下)HBsAg阳性检出率为8.5%。2006—2008年药品从业人员3a体检百分率分别为9.6%,7.2%和5.9%。结论因限领个人健康证明的疾病调离率为7.69%,从业人员男性HBsAg阳性率高于女性,年青人(20岁以下)检出率较高,药品从业人员体检百分率有逐年下降趋势。
