| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乌司他丁与奥曲肽联合治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法76例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为治疗组(乌司他丁和奥曲肽联用)(n=40)、对照组(单用奥曲肽)(n=36)。分别观察两组治疗后症状缓解、体征减轻、血尿淀粉酶(AMS)下降时间、并发症情况及住院时间。结果乌司他丁和奥曲肽联用能更快缓解临床症状及控制病情,缩短治疗时间。结论乌司他丁和奥曲肽联用治疗急性胰腺炎,疗效优于单用奥曲肽。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of Ulinastatin combined with Octreotide on patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods 76 patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into experiment group (n=41) treated with Ulinastatin combined with Octreotide, and control group (n=35) treated only with Octreotide respectively. Clinical symptoms, physical signs, serum and urinary amylase (AMS) level, complications and length of stay were observed or detected respectively. Side-effect was also observed during the experiment. Results Ulinastatin and Octreoticle combined with faster mitigation and control of disease symptoms and shorten the treatment time. Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with Octreotide is an effective and safe remedy for patients with acute pancreatitis. |
