马蹄莲化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:研究马蹄莲的化学成分。方法:应用多种色谱手段进行分离纯化,通过UV、IR、HPLC、GC-MS、~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:从马蹄莲中分离得到3个化合物:2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、六氢假紫罗酮和二十烷醇。结论:3个化合物均系首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Zantedeshia aethiopica.Method:The Compounds were separated by chromatogaphy and their chemical structures were elucidated by means of UV,HPLC,IR,~1HNMR,~(13)C NMR and GC-MS spectral method,respectively.Result:Three compounds were obtained from Zantedeshia aethiopica and identified as butylated hydroxytoluene, hexahydropseudoionone and 1-eicosanol.Conclusion:The three Compounds are isolated from Zantedeshia aethiopica for the first time.
