正常人左室心肌纵向收缩和位移的定量研究

摘    要:目的 应用定量组织速度成像(QTVI)评价左室心肌纵向收缩时心肌运动速度和位移的变化特点。方法 36例健康成人获取心尖左室长轴切面、心尖四腔切面和心尖两腔切面,应用QTVI和组织追踪(TT)测定左室各节段长轴方向收缩时的心肌速度和位移。结果 同一室壁各节段收缩期峰值速度和位移从心底部到心尖部呈逐渐递减(P〈0.001);同水平节段各室壁收缩期的运动速度和位移不相同;各节段心肌纵向收缩速度和位移的相关性良好(r=0.75~0.86,P〈0.01)。结论 OTVI和TT对评价左室纵向心肌的运动有很好的应用价值,是一种定量定位检测心肌运动的新方法。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the longitudinal velocity and displacement features of left ventricular myocardial contraction in normal subjects using the quantitative tissue velocity imaging(QTVI).Methods The LV apical long axis view,were apical two-chamber view and four-chamber view were obtained in 36 normal subjects.The systolic motion velocity and displacement of segmental left ventricular walls along long axis were measured by QTVI and tissue tracking(TT).Results Systolic velocity and displacement values in the different LV segments were gradually decreased from basis to apex(P<0.001).The ventricular wall motion velocity and displacment at various segments in the same level were uniformly distributed.There was a significant correlation(r=(0.75)~0.86,P<0.01) between the systolic velocity and displacement in the different LV segments.Conclusion QTVI and TT may represent a new,quantitative,powerful tool for evaluating the LV myocardial longitudinal motion.
