超声造影在颈动脉硬化斑块药物治疗中的初步应用

摘    要:目的 观察颈动脉硬化斑块在药物治疗前后的超声造影表现,指导临床用药.方法 对18例颈动脉硬化斑块患者行颈动脉超声造影检查,经过服用他汀类降脂药物治疗半年后再次行超声造影检查,观察颈动脉硬化斑块药物治疗前后的超声造影表现,观察斑块是否有新生血管形成,如有新生血管形成记录峰值强度(PI值).方法 18例患者行超声造影检查,观察斑块18个,1例患者用药前后斑块内均无造影剂增强,1例患者用药前斑块内无增强,用药后复查斑块出现造影剂增强,14例患者用药后PI差值高于用药前,2例患者用药后PI差值低于用药前.结论 颈动脉超声造影检查可以对应用血管生成抑制剂的患者进行服药前后的对比观察,评价药物疗效并为临床的用药提供依据.

Primary application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in directing drug treatment of carotid atherosclerosis plaque

Abstract:Objective To observed the changes of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) imaging of carotid atherosclero- sis plaque before and after the drug treatment, and guide the clinical medication. Methods The contrast-enhanced ultra- sound was performed in 18 patients with carotid atherosclerosis plaque before and 6 months after the treatment with st- atins. The changes of CEUS imaging and plaque vascularization were observed,and the peak intensity(PI) was recorded if the plaque vascularization existed. Results Total 18 plaques were observed in 18 patients. One patient was no contrast enhance before and after drug treatment. One patient was no contrast enhance before drug treatment but contrast enhance appeared after drug treatment. The PI difference after the drug was higher than before in 14 patients. The PI difference af- ter the drug was lower than before in 2 patients. Conclusion For patients with angiogenesis inhibitos, contrast-enhanced ultrasound can be used to compare the efficacy before and after taking the drugs, evaluate the effect of drugs and to pro- vide basis for clinical medication.
