摘    要:目的]探讨合作式学习对培养护理本科生(以下简称护生)综合能力的作用,为护理教学改革和发展提供依据。方法]选择我校2009级护理学专业学生60人,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30人。实验组利用课余时间以"第二课堂"为载体进行学习,采用合作式学习方法];对照组按传统的教学方法]进行教学。以自编问卷、自我效能量表以及期末考核成绩等作为评价指标。结果]问卷显示,护生的分析问题能力、沟通交流能力等有所提高,实验组的自我效能和期末考试成绩均高于对照组。结论]合作式学习能激发护生学习的积极性,提高护生的综合能力,以满足护理临床实践的需求。

Study on the Effect of Cooperative Learning to Cultivate the Comprehensive Ability of Nursing Undergraduates

Abstract:Objective] To discuss the effect of cooperative learning in general abihty of the nursing undergraduates. Method] Sixty students who were al/ from 2009-level were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 students in each group. The control group was taught with the cooperative learning at the part time while the observation group taught with the traditional learning. The compiled questionnaire, General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES) and the school record at the end of the term were taken as the judgments. Result] The questionnaire shows the analytical ability and communication function in the observation group has been improved, also the GSES and the scores are restored better than that in the control group,Conclusion] The cooperative learning may improve the activity in study and promote general ability.
