| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肺康复护理对间质性肺疾病稳定期患者生活质量的影响。方法对81例间质性肺疾病稳定期患者实施肺康复护理6个月，比较肺康复护理前后患者生活质量情况。结果肺康复护理后，患者圣乔治呼吸问卷（SGRQ）、疾病治疗结果研究（MOS-SF36）评分较护理前明显提高，前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论肺康复护理能有效提高间质性肺疾病稳定期患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of pulmonary rehabilitation nursing on life quality of patients with interstitial lung diseases （ILD） at stable stage. Methods A total of 81 ILD patients at stable stage received pulmonary rehabilitation nursing for 6 months. At the beginning and the end of this treatment, life quality of all the patients was compared. Results The St. George’s respiratory questionnaire （SGRQ） and medical outcomes study-short form 36 （MOS-SF36） results after the treatment were remarkably improved, compared with those before treatment. The difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the life quality of patients ILD at stable stage. |
