益气化聚方治疗伴中心性肥胖2型糖尿病患者的疗效观察

目的：观察在常规西医治疗的基础上联合益气化聚方治疗伴中心性肥胖2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法：将伴中心性肥胖2型糖尿病患者48例随机分为治疗（益气化聚方联合常规西药）组26例和对照（安慰剂联合常规西药）组22例，两组疗程均为12周。观察两组治疗前后的体重指数、腰围、腰臀比、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、空腹胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白A1C和胰岛素抵抗指数等指标。结果：治疗组治疗前后的体重指数、腰围和腰臀比明显下降，而对照组治疗前后的体重指数、腰围和腰臀比无统计学差异。两组治疗后相比，治疗组的餐后2h血糖、空腹胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白A1C水平和胰岛素抵抗指数均明显低于对照组。结论：在常规西药治疗的基础上加用益气化聚方能较单用常规西药治疗明显改善伴有中心性肥胖2型糖尿病患者的胰岛素抵抗、纠正中心性肥胖，并进一步改善糖代谢紊乱。

Clinical observation on the effects of yiqi Huaju herb formula on type 2 diabetes subjects coupled with central obesity

Objective：To observe the the effects of Yiqi Huaju herb formula on type 2 diabetes mellitus subjects with central obesity. Methods：Forty-eight cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with central obesity were randomly divided into either a treatment group （Yiqi Huaju herb formula treatment in combination with western medicine） or a control group （placebo in combination with western medicine）. Both groups were administered for 12 weeks. Various indications such as body mass index （BMI）, waist circumference （WC）, waist-to-hip ratio （WHR）, fasting plasma glucose （FPG）, 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose （2hPPG）, fasting plasma insulin （FPI）, glycosylated hemoglobin A1C （HbA1C）, homeostatic model assessment for insulin resistance （HOMA-IR） were observed before and after treatment. Results：BMI, WC and WHR were signiifcantly decreased in treatment group compared with the control group. The parameters such as FPG, 2hPPG, HbA1C, HOMA-IR were also signiifcantly decreased in both groups, however, the better effects were obtained from the treatment group. Conclusion：Combination of Yiqi Huaju herb formula with western medicine can effectively improve insulin resistance and central obesity, and further improve the disorder of glucose metabolism.
