湿疹的二联疗法

目的观察复方甘草酸苷与卤米松软膏联合应用治疗湿疹的疗效及不良反应。方法实验组予复方甘草酸苷80mL160mg／L，加入10％葡萄糖液250mL中1次/d，静滴；用0．05％卤米松软膏外擦皮损处早晚各涂一次；对照组口服强的松20mg，2次／d，治疗期间停用其他药物，疗程1w-3w，每周随访一次，共观察3w后停药评价疗效。结果实验组有效率为86．0％，对照组为88．0％，二者差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。实验组无不良反应发生，对照组12例出现体重增加。结论复方甘草酸苷与卤米松软膏联合应用是一种治疗湿疹的确切有效，安全理想的方法。

Results Of experimental group was 86.0%, while the control group was 88.0%, There were no significant differences （P〉0.05） between the two. The experimental group has occurred no adverse reactions. However, 12 patients in the control group had increased weight.Conclusion The combination of the compound glycyrrhizin and Halometasone ointment is a kind of exact, effective, safe and ideal method in treating eczema.
