| 摘 要： | 凤尾蕨属植物中含有多种化学成分,按照化学结构的类型,主要有二萜及其苷、黄酮及其苷、倍半萜、挥发油等类型的化合物。本属部分植物的粗提物具有抗肿瘤、抗菌等药理活性,特别对一些单体成分的体外抗肿瘤、抑制血小板聚集、抗炎等作用研究较为透彻。作者对凤尾蕨属植物的化学成分及药理活性的研究进行了综述,并指出了对凤尾蕨属植物研究存在的主要问题和今后研究的主要方向。

| Abstract: | The main chemical constituents in plants of genus pteris include diterpenoids, diterpenoid glycosides, flavonoids, flavonoid glycosides, sesquiterpenoids and volatile oils, etc. Some of extracts show the following activities, such as antitumor, antifungi and antibacteria. Some of compounds have inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation and antiinflamatory action. The latest progress on chemical constituents and pharmacological activity were reviewed in the paper. Main problems and study directions in future of pteris were indicated. |
