爱宝疗联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂的研究

目的:评价爱宝疗联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效及安全性。方法:将病例随机分为两组,单纯微波治疗100例为对照组,爱宝疗配合微波治疗100例为治疗组,两组分别于治疗后观察宫颈创面愈合程度、阴道流血、排液量及排液时间,观察时间为2个月。结果:两组轻度、单纯型宫颈糜烂治愈率均为100%,治疗组对颗粒型及乳头型宫颈糜烂治愈率均高于对照组(分别为P<0·05及P<0·01),治疗组对中度及重度宫颈糜烂治愈率均高于对照组(分别为P<0·05及P<0·01)。治疗组阴道流血、排液量及排液时间明显减少,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0·05)。结论:轻度、单纯型宫颈糜烂选择微波治疗,中、重度宫颈糜烂及颗粒型、乳头型宫颈糜烂选择爱宝疗联合微波治疗有良好临床疗效,使用方便安全。

Investigation of the treatment of cervical erosion by albothyl combining with microwave

Objective:To estimate the therapeutic effect and safety of cervical erosion by albothyl combining with microwave.Methods:The cases were randomly divided into two groups. One group was the control group which 100 cases were cauterized dissipated surface by microwave only. The other was the cure group which 100 cases were used by albothyl bolt pro vagina before or after the treatment of microwave. After the treatment the two groups were observed in the following items during two months: the degree of the cicatrization of the raw surface of the cervix uteri, colporrhagia, the capacity of apocenosis and the time of apocenosis.Results:The recovery rate of the degree Ⅰ, purely cervical erosion in the two groups was 100%. The recovery rate of the degree Ⅱ, granular pattern cervical erosion in the two groups was 94.3%,61.8% and 90%,64%.There was significant difference in the two groups (P<0.05).The recovery rate of the degree Ⅲ cervical erosion in the two groups was 81.2%,45.5%,88.2%,44.4%.There was significant difference in the two groups(P<0.01).Colporrhagia, the capacity of apocenosis and the time of apocenosis in the cure group were decreased significantly.There was significant difference in the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The degree Ⅰ, purely cervical erosion cases should choose the treatment of microwave, the degree Ⅱ or Ⅲ, granular pattern should choose the treatment of albothy combining with microwave having perfect therapeutic effect for its convenience and safety.
