消毒供应中心建设中存在的缺陷与对策

目的探讨消毒供应中心发展的新思路。方法不同地区的28所二、三级甲等医院消毒供应中心的发展现状作为样本,从布局设计、装修施工、设备投入、设备利用、工作流程、工作质量、工作效率、成本控制、人员结构和满意程度等10方面进行摸底调研。结果被调研的消毒供应中心总体发展状况较好,但普遍存在投入大、成本高和人才缺乏等问题,其原因在于消毒供应中心工作头绪多和设备构成较复杂,相应得发展模式及管理措施未达到系统的高度,有必要进行改革。结论如果能将系统集成的模式引入消毒供应中心的发展和运作中,则可较好弥补当前消毒供应中心存在的缺陷,也可较好提升消毒供应中心的整体发展高度。

In CSSD Construction Existent Blemish and Reply Strategy

OBJECTIVE To inquiry into a new way of thinking of the development of CSSD.METHODS 28 hospitals that come from the local and different region were sampled to investigate the present conditions of design,construction,equipments devotion,equipments exploitation,workflow and work from the layout the quantity,work efficiency,the cost control,personnel's structure and satisfied degree.RESULTS We found the tota] condition of CSSD of research was better,but the cost was higher and lacked talented person,because of complicated equipments.The mode and manage had the necessity to improve.CONCLUSIONS If the system is intracdced into the CSSD development,the current CSSD,can be impioved to the whole development height of CSSD.
