高胆红素血症患儿血清ET-1和NO水平动态变化的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨血清内皮素-1(Endothelin-1,ET-1)及一氧化氮(Nitric Oxide,NO)与高胆红素症的关系。方法:对70例高胆红素血症新生儿检测治疗前及治疗后第5 d及第10 d血ET-1及NO水平。同时以20例正常新生儿为对照组,检测出生理性黄疸高峰时ET-1及NO水平。用放免法测定ET-1,硝酸盐还原酶法测定NO,全自动生化分析仪测定胆红素。结果:高胆红素血症组治疗前血ET-1及NO明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),高胆红素血症患儿治疗第5 d、第10 d与治疗前比较,血清ET-1、NO水平明显下降(P<0.05),提示血清ET-1及NO与胆红素水平呈正相关(r1=0.665、r2=0.604)。结论:新生儿高胆红素血症时,血清ET-1、NO水平增高,且与胆红素水平呈正相关,提示ET-1、NO水平可反映胆红素水平。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the relationship between endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO) and hyperbilirubinemia.Methods: Seventy neonates with hyperbilirubinemia were all allocated to experimental group for determining the serum ET-1 and NO level 5 or 10 days before and after treatment.Another 20 healthy neonates were observed as control group and both ET-1 and NO level were determined 5 days after birth.ET-1 was detected by radioimmunoassay and NO was measured by nitrate reductase while automatic biochemistry analyzer was employed for determining bilirubin.Results: ET-1 and NO level in serum before treatment in experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05,and the level of ET-1 and NO were decreased on the fifth day and tenth day after treatment(P<0.05).ET-1 and NO were positively related to the level of bilirubin(r1=0.665,r2=0.604).Conclusion: That increased ET-1 and NO are positively related to bilirubin suggest that the level of ET-1 and NO can express the concentration of hyperbilirubinemia in neonates.
