静脉丙种球蛋白治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床观察及护理

目的：探讨静脉丙种球蛋白（IVIG）治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎（RVE）的疗效。方法：将临床和实验室检查确诊为RVE的42例患儿随机分为两组，对照组27例给予抗病毒和对症支持治疗，治疗组15例在对照组基础上加用WIG400mg／kg静脉滴注1次，比较两组止泻、退热和临床症状改善时间。结果：治疗组平均止泻、退热和临床症状改善时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．001）。结论：IVIG可用于治疗婴幼儿RVE，能缩短病程，安全有效。在使用丙种球蛋白的过程中，严格无菌操作、控制输液速度、密切观察输液反应是护理的关键。

Clinical observation and nursing care of intravenous immunoglobulin therapy for infants with rotavivus enteritis

Objective:To investigate the clincal effects of intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG)therapy for infants with rotavirus enteritis(RVE).Methods:Fory-two infants with RVE confirmed by clinic and experimental examination were randomly divided into two groups,namely treatment group (n=15) and control group(n=27).The antivirotics and expectant treatment were used in both groups,besides this the treatment treatment group was added with IVIG(400 mg/kg)by intravenous drip for one time.The times of terminated-dia-rrhea,abatement of fever and amelioration of clinical symptom in two groups were compared.The percentage of abnormal electrocardiogram was also observed.Results:The average times of terminated-diarrhea,abatement of fever and amelioration of clinical symptom in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).No side effects occurred in the treatment group in this study.Conclusion:IVIG therapy is safe and effective for infants with RVE,and it is helpful in shortening the course of disease.During the usage of IVIG,the strictly aseptic manipulation,controlling the transfusion speed and observing the infusion reaction are the keys of nursing care.
