| 摘 要： | 目的:应用核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)和主成分分析(PCA)方法研究重症乙肝病人血清的代谢组变化.方法:正常人血清8例和重症乙肝患者血清11例,采用BRUKER 500MHz超导核磁共振波谱仪进行检测,找出重症乙肝患者血清代谢组特征,探讨相关生化过程的改变.结果:重症乙肝患者和正常人血清的代谢组具有明显差异,前者血清中蛋氨酸、乙酰乙酸盐、三甲胺和葡萄糖含量升高,而乳酸、胆碱和脂的含量降低.结论:通过上述代谢物的变化可区分正常人和重症乙肝患者.这种基于核磁共振氢谱和主成分分析的代谢组学方法可为重症乙肝的诊断提供可靠的分子水平上的代谢依据. |
