| 摘 要： | 目的评价丝裂霉素（MMC）在晶状体超声乳化联合小梁切除术中应用效果。方法在超声乳化小梁切除术中，将MMC棉片（浓度为0．2mg／mL）放置在巩膜瓣下2分钟。结果术后3月眼压较术前明显降低，视力不同程度提高。结论超声乳化联合小梁切除术中应用MMC治疗青光眼合并白内障是一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of MMC on phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy.Methods During the operation of phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy,MMC(0.20 mg/ml) was used under scleral flap for 4 minutes.Results 3 months after operation,postoperative IOP was significantly lower than preoperation and postoperative visual acuity was higher than preoperative.Conclusions The use of MMC on phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy is a safe,effective and simple method for the treatment of glaucoma complicated with cataract |
