恩必普治疗超高龄老人急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的观察恩必普治疗超高龄老人急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性。方法将120例超高龄老人急性脑梗死患者随机分为恩必普治疗组60例,对照观察组60例,对照组应用银杏叶提取物注射液、小牛血去蛋白提取物注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用恩必普治疗。结果两组治疗14天后在认知功能评分、神经功能缺损评分、血清C反应蛋白浓度、头颅CT检查方面均有明显改善,且治疗组明显优于对照组,两组间有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。治疗期间未见明显不良反应。结论恩必普是治疗超高龄老人急性脑梗死的一种安全、有效的药物。

Therapeutic effect of dl-3n-butyphthalide (NBP) on acute cerebral infarction of the aged

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of d1-3n-butyphthalide（NBP） to treat acute cerebral infarction of the aged. Methods 120 cases of acute cerebral infarction of the aged were randomly divided into two groups （60 cases in each）. The patients in control group were treated with extract of ginkgo bilaba leaves injection and deproteinized hemoderivative of calf blood injection. The patients in observation group were treated with the same medicine combined with d1-3n-butyphthalide. Results 14 days After treatment, the scores of cognitive malfunction, the scores of neurological functional deficit scale, C-reactive protein and spiral CT were improved in the patients, which of the observation group were better than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. There was no side reaction during treatment. Conclusions D1-3n-butyphthalide is effective and safe to treat acute cerebral Infarction of the aged.
