医院重点工程基建档案管理中存在的问题与对策

近些年来,医院基建工程项目呈雨后春笋般兴起,但基建档案的管理堪忧,一些基建项目档案收集内容不全,书写材料不规范,竣工移交不及时等等,较普遍地存在着基建档案管理欠规范现象。医院基建工程项目多半是具有复杂功能的综合楼,档案材料的完整、规范与否,关系到日后大楼能否正常运转,能否使基本建设项目真正发挥保障人民健康的功能。因此,分析基建档案管理不规范的原因并提出相应的对策是医院管理者义不容辞的责任,该文试就此方面内容进行了探讨。

Problems Existing in the Mangement of Capital Construction Files of Key Engineering of Hospital and the Countermeasures

In recent years, projects of capital construction engineering of hospitals are springing up like mushrooms, but the management of capital construction files may make us much worry about. The contents of some construction projects have not been collected fully, books and materials are no: standardized and turning over files at the time of completing the engineering are not given on time. The phenmenon of unstandardized management of capital construction of hospital exists. The projects of hospital capital construction are mostly about multipurposed building with complicated functions. So, whether or not the files are complete and standardized may have a bearing on whether or not the building can be used normally in the future and whether or not it can truly play a par" in its function of protecting perple's health. Therefore, analysis on the causes of unstandardized management of caplital construction files and making relevant countermeasure are the un-shirkable duty of the hospital managers. An exploratory discussion on the contents of the problem is presented in the paper.
