摘    要:目的总结支架配合弹簧圈治疗宽颈大型动脉瘤的经验。方法采用自膨式支架结合弹簧圈,使用使用微导管穿越支架(stent-jacket)"技术,"支架稳定微导管(stent-jailing)"技术,"Y型支架(Y-configuration)"技术,"冰淇淋(Wafflecone)"技术,对吻支架(Kissingstent)技术等,治疗27例颅内大型、巨大型宽颈动脉瘤。结果 16例致密填塞,11例大部分栓塞。所有患者术前症状不同程度地改善。3~9个月后复查,4例出现弹簧圈压缩、动脉瘤再通,进行第二次栓塞治疗。其余动脉瘤稳定。结论支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞技术,可以提高致密栓塞率,降低动脉瘤复发的可能,是一种安全有效的颅内大型宽颈动脉瘤治疗方法。
