牛黄天龙胶囊的抗肿瘤作用及其毒性

目的了解牛黄天龙胶囊的急性毒性及其抗肿瘤作用。方法以Bliss法计算半数致死量（LD50）；建立S180移植性肿瘤模型；实验组分低、中、高3个剂量分别计算抑瘤率及胸腺、脾指数。结果LD50为55．60g／kg（生药）；低、中、高剂量组小鼠肉瘤S180的抑瘤率分别为45．49％、32．30％、30．57％；胸腺、脾指数分别为39．2、26．7、24．7及87．1、71．3、70．7均低于空白组63．1及131.7（P〈0．01）但高于顺铂组15．2及59．7（P〈0．01）。结论牛黄天龙胶囊低毒；能抑制小鼠肉瘤S180瘤体的生长；对胸腺、脾重量的影响低于顺铂。

Anti-tumor Effect of Niuhuangtianlong Capsule on S180 Cell Lines in Vivo and its Acute Toxicity

Objective To observe the acute toxicity and the anti-tumor effect of Niuhuangtianlong capsule.Methods LD_(50) was measured by Bliss;the animal tumor model was induced by implanting S180 ascites tumor cells and there are three group for test including control group and positive group were established in order to investigate the inhibition rate,thymus gland index and spleen index.Results LD_(50) was 55.60 g/kg;the inhibition rates on rats with S180 tumor for low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose group were respectively 45.49%,32.30%,30.57%;the thymus gland index and spleen index were both lower than that of control group(P<0.01),but which were higher than that of positive group(P<0.01).Conclusion Niuhuangtianlong capsule is low toxicity and possesses growth inhibition effect on the S180 tumor;the influence of heavy on thymus gland and spleen is lower than that of cisplatin.
