| 摘 要： | 用酶联免疫法(ELISA)对经胃镜检查179例胃病人血清幽门螺杆菌(HP)抗体测定同时胃粘膜活组织MB染色光镜观察HP和尿素酶试验(HPUT)作一比较,结果显示ELISA、HPUT及组织MB染色检出率分别为76.5％(137/179)、49.1％(88/179)和99.4％(178/179)。其中浅表活动性胃炎25例、抗HP抗体阳性亦25例,阳性率100％(25/25)。浅表活动性胃炎的抗HP抗体阳性率明显高于非活动性胃炎73.4％(112/152)。该法为非创伤性检查,具有敏感特异的特点,有用于临床对HP感染的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | We have detected the antibody of Helicobacter pylori (HP) by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 179 patients with various gastroduodenal diseases examined by endoscopy and compared the diagnostic results from the ELISA with those from histology and rapid urease test,the results suggesting that the detectable rates of ELISA,HPUT and staining of the tissues with MB were 76. 5%(137/179),49. 1%(88/179) and 99. 4%(178/179),respectively. The prevalence of serum antibody to HP was 100%(25/25) in patients with active superficial gastritis and 73. 4% (112/152) in patients with inactive gastritis.. This method is a simple, noninasive ELISA test for the detection of HP in the stomach,being considered to be of high sensitivity,specificity and diagnotic value. |
