脊髓损伤患者无菌间歇导尿术的并发症及其预防

目的探讨脊髓损伤患者无菌间歇导尿的护理管理和并发症的预防。方法61例脊髓损伤(SCI)患者分为两组,37例采用常规无菌间歇导尿(常规组),24例采用改良无菌间歇导尿(改良组);所有患者在导尿前、后和第7、14天做尿常规和尿培养。结果常规组在第7和14天的尿路感染(UTI)发生率分别为32%和49%,而改良组分别为17%和29%,两组比较P<0.01。常规组发生血尿12次,改良组无1例发生血尿(P<0.01)。结论通过改进无菌导尿技术和加强护理措施可以有效地预防无菌间歇导尿术的并发症。

The complication prevention of sterile intermittent catheterization in patients with spinal cord injury

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of modified nursing measures for the complication prevention of the sterile intermittent catheterization(SIC)in the patients with spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods 61 patients with SCI were randomly divided into two groups:routine SIC group(37 cases)and modified SIC group(24 cases).The routine urine test and bacteria culture were taken in all patients before and immediately after,7d and 14d after the catheterization.Results the incidence of urinary tract infection(UTI)at seventh and fourteenth days after catheterization was 32% and 49% respectively and 17% and 29% in modified SIC group,there is significant difference between groups statistically(P<0.01).the hematuria was found in 12 urine test in routine SIC group and none in modified SIC group,there is significant difference between groups statistically(P<0.01).Conclusions the complications of SIC could be effectively prevented through the modification of catheterization technique and enhanced nursing measures.
