| 摘 要： | 目的优选利咽口服液最佳提取工艺。方法以有效成分绿原酸得率和浸膏得率为综合评价指标，以溶剂量、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素，每因素设计3个水平，选用L9（3^4）表进行实验。结果利咽口服液最佳提取工艺为：加10倍量水回流提取3次，每次1h。结论该提取工艺设计合理，结果可靠，提取效果较好，具有较高的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Liyan oral liquid. Methods The contents of chlorogenic acid and total extraction were chosen as indexes,while the solvent volume,duration and times of ex-traction were selected as factors of influence. The table L9 （34） was used for the experiment. Results The optimal extraction condition of Liyan oral liquid was to reflux the extraction 3 times,1 h each time,with 10 times as much water. Conclusion The process is simple, well-designed, reliable, and highly applicable to the production of Liyan oral liquid. |
