摘    要:目的建立HPLC法测定麝香接骨胶囊中伪麻黄碱、麻黄碱、马钱子碱和士的宁的含量。方法色谱柱:SHI- MADZU VP-ODS C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈(A)4. 01 mol·L^-1庚烷磺酸钠与 0. 02 mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾等量混合溶液(B)(用10%磷酸调节pH值2.8)(19:81);检测波长:206 nm;流速:1.0ml·min^-1;柱温:35℃。结果伪麻黄碱 在1.51 -48.4 ng、麻黄碱在16.09-515 ng、马钱子碱在12. 67 -405 ng、士的宁在16.29 -521.25 ng范围内线性关系良好;平 均回收率分别为伪麻黄碱96. 87% (RSD为1. 21% )、麻黄碱99.12% (RSD为1.69% )、马钱子碱101. 66% (RSD为2. 85% )、 士的宁96.35% (RSD为2.74%),线性范围分别为。结论此方法简便,准确,灵敏,可用于麝香接骨胶囊中麻黄和马钱子的 质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To develop a method for the determination of ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, brucine and strychnine in Shexiang Jiegu capsules. Methods SHIMADZU VP-ODS C18 (150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mixed solution(pH was adjusted to 2. 8 with phosphate acid)composed of 0. 01 mol ·L^-1 sodium-heptane- sulfonate solution and an equal quantity of 0. 02 mol·L^-1 potassium dihydrgen phosphate solution was chosen as mobile phase B while acetonitrile was used as mobile phase A to elute in a gradient program of A-B( 19: 81 ) . The detection wavelength was 206 nm and the flow rate was 1. 0 ml ?min ^- 1, with the column temperature at 35℃ . Re-sults Good linear relationships were obtained within the ranges of 1. 51 -48. 4 ng for pseudoephedrine,16. 09 -515 ng for ephedrine, 12. 67 -405 ng for brucine and 16. 29 -521. 25 ng for strychinine. The average recoveries( n = 6) were 96. 87% ( RSD =2. 21% ) for pseudoephedrine,99. 12% (RSD =2. 69% ) for ephedrine, 101. 66% ( RSD =2. 85% ) for brucine,and 96. 35% ( RSD - 2. 74% ) for strychnine. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and sensitive. It can be used for quality control of herba ephedrae and semen strychni in Shexiang Jiegu capsules.
