缺铁性贫血患儿治疗前后血清EPO、FA和SF水平的变化及临床意义

目的 探讨缺铁性贫血患儿治疗前的血清EPO、FA和SF水平的变化及意义.方法 应用放射免疫分析法和化学发光法对36例缺铁性贫血患儿进行治疗前后血清EPO、FA和SF水平测定,并与35名正常健康人作比较.结果 在治疗前,血清EPO水平非常显著地高于正常人组（P＜0.01）且SF、FA水平又非常显著地低于正常人组（P＜0.01）；经治疗1个月后与正常人比较差异无显著性（P＞0.05）,且血清SF水平与EPO水平呈显著的负相关（r=-0.4014,P＜0.01）；而与FA水平呈正相关（r=0.5248,P＜0.01）.结论 检测缺铁性贫血患儿血清和EPO、FA和SF水平的变化对观察疗效和预后判定均具有一定的临床实用价值.

Clinical significance of measurement of changes of serum EPO, FA and SF levels before and after treatment in patients with iron deficiency anemia

Objective To explore the significance of changes of serum EPO, FA and SF levels before and after treatment in patients with iron deficiency anemia （ IDA ）. Methods Serum SF, FA （ with RIA） , serum EPO （ with EliSA） levels were de- termined in 36 patients with iron deficiency anemia and 35 controls. Results Before treatment, serum EPO levels were signifi- cantly higher than those in the controls （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , but serum SF, FA levels were significantly lower than those in the controls （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. One month after treatment, serum EPO, FA and SF levels were not much different from those in the controls （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and serum SF levels were negatively correlated with serum EPO （ r = - 0. 4014, P 〈 0.01 ） , and positively correlated with FA levels （ r = 0.5248, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Detection of serum EPO, FA and SF levels in patients with iron deficien- cy anemia is important for diagnosis and outcome prediction.
