四甲基吡嗪的溴代合成产物的GC/MS分析

摘    要:采用气相色谱 质谱联用技术 ,对四甲基吡嗪的溴代合成产物进行分析。结果表明 ,目标化合物——— 2 溴甲基 3 ,5 ,6 三甲基吡嗪约占合成产物的 5 0 % ,尚有二溴、三溴取代物。本文得出可能的裂解途径 ,并对其中的主要成分进行结构鉴定。结果证明该方法可用于定性、定量地监测化学反应过程

Abstract:A mixture of synthetic products of brominated tetramethylpyrazine was analyzed by the gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The possible fragmentation pathway of 2 bromomethyl 3,5,6 trimethylpyrazine, which was used to identify the structures of principal compounds, was revealed. The results showed that there were dibromo and tribromo substituted tetramethylpyrazines in the synthetic products except for the target compound 2 bromomethyl 3,5,6 trimethylpyrazine. Combination of GC and MS could be used in qualitatively and quantitatively monitoring of the synthetic processing.
