血小板平均体积与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性探讨

目的探讨血小板平均体积（MPV）的变化与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。方法对198例疑诊为冠心病的患者进行选择性冠状动脉造影，图像分析后根据冠脉狭窄程度进行Gensini评分。所有患者入院时检测血小板平均体积（MPV）、纤维蛋白原（FIB）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）。结果在控制其他因素如性别、年龄、吸烟、糖尿病、高血压、血脂后，显示MPV和冠脉Gensini评分显著相关，偏相关系数为0．306（P〈0．01）。去除了年龄、吸烟、血糖、血压、血脂等因素的影响后，证明MPV大小与冠脉Gensini评分之间存在有意义的回归关系。结论MPV的大小与冠脉病变程度呈正相关，并对冠心病的防治和预后具有一定的临床参考价值。

Relationship between mean platelet volume and severity of coronary artery stenosis

Objective To study the relationship between mean platelet volume and severity of coronary artery stenosis. Methods 198 patients suspected coronary artery disease were studied with coronary angiography. The severity of coronary artery disease was quantified with a modified Gensini score on the basis of angiographie imaging manipulation system. Mean platelet volume （MPV）, fibrinogen （FIB）, total cholesterol （TC）, triglycerides （TG）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） were detected. Results MPV was positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery stenosis （r=0. 306, P〈0. 01）. Multiple stepwise regression analysis indicated that MPV was a significant variable associated with the severity of coronary artery stenosis. Conclusion Elevated MPV level is related to the severity of coronary artery stenosis.
