| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨鼻腔鼻窦出血性坏死性息肉的临床特点及最佳手术方式。方法:对42例鼻腔鼻窦出血性坏死性息肉分别采用柯-陆手术、登戈尔手术、鼻侧切开术及鼻内窥镜手术方法治疗。结果:全组病例术后临床症状均消失,痊愈出院。术后病理均为炎性出血性坏死性息肉。随访4个月~4年均无复发。结论:鼻腔鼻窦出血性坏死性息肉是鼻息肉的一种特殊类型,可发生于任何年龄,影像学可见窦壁骨质破坏,但具有其特点。手术是本病的有效治疗手段,且鼻内窥镜手术应为首选术式。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical characteristics and best surgical method of hemorrhagic and necrotic polyps in maxillary sinus and nasal cavity.Method Forty-two cases with hemorrhagic and necrotic polyps in maxillary sinus and nasal cavity were treated with caldwell-luc operation,Denker's operation,lateral rhinotomy and endoscopic sinus operation.Results All the cases were cured and confirmed to be hemorrhagic and necrotic polyps by postoperative pathologic diagnoses.With subsequent follow-up for 4~48 months,no recurrence was found. Conclusion Hemorrhagic and necrotic polyps in maxillary sinus and nasal cavity can appear in every age,and is a special type of polyps.Compressive bone absorption is often seen in inter-wall of maxillary sinus.Operation is the effective therapy and endoscopic sinus operation is the best one. |
