医院护士主观幸福感影响因素的调查分析

摘    要:目的:调查医院护士主观幸福感的影响因素。方法:以Campell幸福感量表对杭州市279名在职护士进行问卷调查和分析。结果:年龄、护龄、医院种类、编制、科室、学历、职称、年薪、婚姻均是SWB的影响因素,影响显著的是医院种类、编制、年薪和婚姻。结论:管理者应重点关注民营医院、聘任制、低收入和未婚的护士,提高她们的SWB。

Abstract:Objective: to investigate the influencing factors of hospital nurses. Method;279 on-the-job nurses in Hangzhou hospi- tals were researched using Campell subjective well-being questionnaire. Results:Age,length of service, variety of hospitals, employment type, section office, education background, the title of a technical post, annual salary, marital status are all the influencing factors. Variety of hospitals, employment type, annual salary and marital status are more important than others. Conclusion: Administrators should focus on the nurses who are in private hospitals, informal employment type, lower salary and unmarried status,so as to enhance their subjective well being.
