医院护士主观幸福感影响因素的调查分析

目的：调查医院护士主观幸福感的影响因素。方法：以Campell幸福感量表对杭州市279名在职护士进行问卷调查和分析。结果：年龄、护龄、医院种类、编制、科室、学历、职称、年薪、婚姻均是SWB的影响因素，影响显著的是医院种类、编制、年薪和婚姻。结论：管理者应重点关注民营医院、聘任制、低收入和未婚的护士，提高她们的SWB。

Survey and analysis of influencing factors on subjective well-being of hospital nurses

Objective： to investigate the influencing factors of hospital nurses. Method;279 on-the-job nurses in Hangzhou hospi- tals were researched using Campell subjective well-being questionnaire. Results：Age,length of service, variety of hospitals, employment type, section office, education background, the title of a technical post, annual salary, marital status are all the influencing factors. Variety of hospitals, employment type, annual salary and marital status are more important than others. Conclusion： Administrators should focus on the nurses who are in private hospitals, informal employment type, lower salary and unmarried status,so as to enhance their subjective well being.
