5E康复模式对尿毒症腹膜透析患者睡眠质量及护理满意度的影响

目的评价5E康复模式在提高尿毒症腹膜透析患者睡眠质量及护理满意度中的作用。方法将150例符合纳入标准的患者随机分成两组,各75例：对照组采用常规健康教育,干预组采用5E康复模式。对两组患者的睡眠质量和护理满意度进行评价。结果干预前两组患者PSQI指数得分及护理满意度得分比较无统计学差异（均P〉0.05）;干预2个月后,对照组患者PSQI指数得分（8.86±1.27）明显高于干预组（5.42±1.32）分（P〈0.05）,同时干预组患者的护理满意度得分（4.05±0.36）显著高于对照组（3.24±0.29）分（P〈0.05）。结论 5E康复模式可显著提高尿毒症腹膜透析患者的睡眠质量和护理满意度。

The efficacy of the 5E rehabilitation program in improving sleep quality and nursing satisfaction

Objective The study was intended to evaluate the efficacy of the 5E rehabilitation program in improving quality of sleep and nursing satisfaction of uremia patients with peritoneal dialysis. Method 150 eligible patients were randomly selected and divided into a control group （ n = 75 ） and an experimental group （ n = 75 ）. The control group were provided with conventional care, while the experimental group were educated in compliance with the 5E rehabilitation program in addition to conventional care. The quality of sleep and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Findings No statistically significant differences were found in both sleep quality and nursing satisfaction between the two groups at the admission time（ P 〉0. 05 ）. After 2 months of intervention, the PSQI Index score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） , and at the same time, the nursing satisfaction score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion 5E rehabilitation program can significantly improve the quality of sleep and nursing satisfaction of uremia patients with peritoneal dialysis.
