| 摘 要： | 目的探讨系统化护理干预对预防体位性低血压患者跌倒的作用。方法选择2012年1—12月入住我院心内科的198例体位性低血压高危跌倒患者作为研究对象。通过加强对护理人员的业务培训、针对性健康教育和个体化管理等系统化护理干预措施,以预防体位性低血压患者跌倒的发生。结果和同科室2011年1月—12月的132例只进行常规高危跌倒护理干预的体位性低血压高危跌倒患者进行比较。结果 2011年的132例体位性低血压高危跌倒患者发生跌倒17例,而2012年的198例体位性低血压高危跌倒患者发生跌倒8例,2012年体位性低血压高危跌倒患者中实际发生跌倒的比例显著低于2011年（χ2=8.836,P=0.005）。结论通过系统化护理干预可有效预防体位性低血压患者跌倒,医护人员应充分重视对体位性低血压患者的管理。

| Abstract: | Objective The study was intended to evaluate the role of nursing intervention in preventing orthostatic hypotension patients from falling to the ground. Method The patients admitted to our hospital during 2012 that experienced risks of falling were selected as the subjects. Systematic nursing care was then provided to the subjects. Te number of falls was collected and analyzed. Findings The number of OH patients falls decreased significantly in 2012 after the intervention. Conclusion The cases of fails can be reduced significantly with systematic nursing intervention. Medical professionals should pay attention to the management of patients with orthostatic hypotension. |
