绒毛组织中PDGF—BB的表达与流产发生的关系

【目的】探讨稽留流产、先兆流产绒毛组织中血小板源性生长因子（PDGF-BB）的表达与流产发生的关系。【方法】随机选取稽留流产（A组）和先兆流产（B组）各30例，正常早孕（C组）30例做对照。A组分有原因组（A1组）18例和无原N组（A2组）12例；B组分阴道流血≤1周（B1组）19例和1周〈阴道流血〈2周（B2组）11例。采用免疫组化SABC法检测并比较各组绒毛组织中PDGF-BB的表达、以CD34标记血管内皮细胞计数、微血管密度（MVD）值。【结果】A组绒毛组织中PDGF-BB表达强度、MVD值均显著低于B组和C组（P〈0．05），B组与c组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；A1组、A2组绒毛组织中PDGF-BB表达强度、MVD值比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），B1绒毛组织中PDGF-BB表达强度、MVD值显著高于B2组（P〈0．05）；三组绒毛组织中PDGF-BB的表达与MVD值均呈正相关。【结论]PDGF-BB在早孕绒毛组织中表达强弱与流产发生流血时间长短关系密切；绒毛组织中PDGF-BB的表达降低，可能引起绒毛血管发育障碍，导致稽留流产及先兆流产的发生。

Relationship Between the Expression of Platelet-derived Growth Factor-BB in Chorionic Villi and Abortion

Objectivel To explore the relationship between the expression of platelet-derived growth factor-BB（PDGF-BB） in chorionic villi of missed abortion or threatened abortion and the incidence of abortion. Methods] Thirty three cases of missed abortion（group A）, 30 cases of threatened abortion（group B） and 30 normal early pregnancy（group C） as controls were selected randomly. Group A were divided into the cause group（group A1, n= 18） and non-cause group（group A2, n =12） as controls. Group B were divided into group Bl（the duration of vaginal bleeding≤1 week, n= 19） and group B2（the duration of vaginal bleeding within 1-2 weeks, n=11）. Immunohistochemistry SABC method was applied to detect the expression of PDGF-BB in chorionic villi and microvessel density（MVD）. Results]The expression of PDGF-BB in chorionic villi and MVD in group A were significant lower than those in group B and group C（ P〈0.05）, and there was no significant difference between group B and group C（ P 〉0.05）. The expression of PDGF-BB in chorionic villi and MVD showed no significant difference between group A1 and group A2, but the expression of PDGF BB in chorionic villi and MVD in group B1 were significant higher than those in group B2（ P〈0.05）. The ex- pression of PDGF-BB in chorionic villi in 3 groups had positive correlation with MVD. Conclusion] The expression of PDGF-BB in cborionic villi of early pregnancy has close correlation with the duration of vaginal bleeding. The decrease of PDGF-BB expression in chorionic villi may inhibit the angiogenesis of chorionic villi, which may lead to the occurrence of missed abortion and threatened abortion.
