心理干预治疗对复发性尖锐湿疣患者细胞免疫功能的影响及疗效分析

【目的】探讨心理干预对复发性尖锐湿疣（CA）患者T淋巴细胞亚群和疾病复发的影响。【方法】选择复发性CA患者84例（A纽）和正常对照组80例（B组），比较两组采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）调查的心理健康状况和采用间接免疫荧光法检测的T淋巴细胞亚群差异；A组随机分为常规治疗组（A1）42例和心理干预组（A2）42例，比较两组治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群的差异。【结果】A组躯体化、强迫症状、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧、精神病性等因子得分均明显高于B组（P〈0．01），A组CD4＋细胞百分比及CD4＋／CD8＋细胞比值显著低于B组（P〈0．05），CD8＋细胞百分比明显高于B组（P〈0．05）；心理干预治疗可使T淋巴细胞亚群各项指标恢复，治愈率也明显提高（P〈0．05）。【结论】复发性CA患者存在较严重的心理问题和细胞免疫缺陷，心理于预治疗可提高患者免疫力，降低复发率。

Effect of Psychotherapy on Cellular Immune Function in Patients with Recurrent Condyloma Acuminatum

Objective] To explore the effect of psychotherapy on T-lymphocyte subsets and relapse in patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum（CA）. Methods] Totally 84 patients with recurrent CA（Group A） and 80 healthy controls（Group B） were ehosen. The mental health conditions assessed by using symptom checklist-90（SCL-90） and T-lymphocyte subsets measured by indirect immunofluorescence were compared be tween two groups. Group A were randomly divided into conventional therapy group（Group A1） and psycho therapy group（Group A2） with 42 in each. The changes of T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment were compared before and after treatment. Results] The scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptom, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, phobic anxiety and psychosis in group A were higher significantly than those in Group B（ P 〈0.01）. The percent of CD4＋ and the ratio of CD4＋ /CD8＋ in group A were lower significantly than those in group B（ P〈0.05）, but the percent of. CD8＋ in group A was obviously higher than that in group 13（ P 〈0.05）. Psyehotherapy could promote the recovery in the above indicators of T-lymphoeyte subsets and increase the curative rate（ P 〈0.05）. Conelusion]The patients with recurrent CA have severe mental problems and cellular immune defect. Psychotherapy can obviously improve the cellular im munity and decrease the relapse rate.
