定量组织速度成像评价心力衰竭大鼠心肌收缩功能

摘    要:目的:应用定量组织速度成像(QTVI)评价心肌梗死后心力衰竭大鼠心肌局部收缩功能。方法:70只雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组:手术4周组、手术8周组、假手术组及正常组。应用QTVI技术定量评价大鼠心肌局部收缩功能。结果:手术4周组左室前壁及室间隔的基底段、中间段、心尖段、侧壁的中间段、心尖段的收缩期峰值速度(Vs)明显小于正常组及假手术组相应室壁节段的Vs(P<0.05),而下壁基底段、中间段、心尖段、侧壁基底段的Vs与正常组及假手术组比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。手术8周组第8周末大鼠左室壁所有节段的Vs小于手术4周组第4周末相应节段的Vs(P<0.05)。结论:QTVI技术能从长轴方向上准确、定量评价心力衰竭大鼠心肌局部收缩功能的改变。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the myocardial systolic function of heart failure rat model induced by myocardial infarction with quantitative tissue velocity imaging(QTVI).Methods A total of 70 male SD rats were randomly assigned to 4 groups: 4 weeks group,8 weeks group,sham operation group and control group.The regional myocardial systolic function of rats was examined quantitive with QTVI.Results In the 4 weeks group,the systolic peak velocity of all segments of lateral walls,interventricular septum and left ventricular anterior wall except the base segments of lateral walls were lower than the sham operation group and the control group.Compared with the sham operation group and the control group,there were no significant difference in the systolic peak velocity of all segments of inferior wall and the base segments of lateral walls in the 4 weeks group.Compared with the 4 weeks group,the systolic peak velocity of all segments were lower in the 8 weeks group.Conclusion It can quantitative evaluate the regional systolic function of heart failure rat model with QTVI from the long axis of the heart.
