| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨梅州市客家人地区食管癌的发病与人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染的关系.方法 采用PCR/导流杂交法检测56例新鲜客家人食管癌组织、癌旁组织及正常食管黏膜组织HPV的表达.结果 食管癌组织HPV阳性率为19.6%,癌旁组织HPV阳性率为23.2%,正常食管黏膜组织HPV阳性率为3.6%.结论 梅州市客家人食管癌组织中存在HPV感染,HPV感染可能与食管癌的发生、发展有关.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the interrelationship between esophageal carcinoma of Meizhou Hakka people and the HPV infection.Methods PCR and flow-through hybridization were employed to detect the HPV infection of 56 Hakka people and esophageal carcinoma,56 normal tissues beside the tumor and 56 normal esophagus mucosa.Results The positive rate of HPV of Hakka people with esophageal carcinoma,normal tissues beside the tumor and normal esophagus mucosa were 19.6%,23.2%,3.6% respectively.Conclusion It indicates that HP... |
