| Abstract: | The basic characteristics and the development history of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the role of photonics technology and its resent research in medicine applications are described that lead to a new concept of photonic TCM.The necessity and inevitability of this new area are discussed.The research and development prospect of photonic TCM should strongly promote the modernized process of the basics and clinic practice of TCM. |
