食管及贲门癌术后早期应用肠内营养的治疗体会

目的为了促进食管及贲门癌手术后患者胃肠道功能的恢复，减少吻合口瘘、切口感染等并发症的发生，减少患者的费用负担。方法本组从2002年2月至2008年12月对138例行贲门、食管癌行食管胃吻合的病人，术前与胃管同时插入十二指肠营养管，术中将十二指肠营养管插至十二指肠降部或水平段，术后早期肠内营养。结果本组115例病人术后未发生吻合口瘘、胸腹腔感染、切口感染等并发症。结论食管及贲门癌手术的病人术中置入十二指肠营养管，早期应用肠内营养，取得了较满意的疗效。

Treatment of Esophagus and cardia early postoperative enteral nutrition

Objective To promote post-operative patients with esophageal and cardiac recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce anastomotic leakage, wound infection and other complications from occurring, reduce the cost burden on patients.Methods In this group from Feb, 2002 to Dec, 2008 on the 138 routine cardiac, esophageal cancer patients with esophageal gastric anastomosis, preoperative duodenal and gastric tube feeding tube inserted at the same time, patients will be duodenal nutrient tube was inserted into the duodenum descending or horizontal section of early postoperative enteral nutrition. Results not occurred 115 cases of postoperative anastomotic fistula, abdominal cavity infection, complications such as wound infection.Conclusion esophageal and cardiac surgery in patients who duodenal feeding tube placement, early enteral nutrition, to get satisfactory curative effect.
