| Abstract: | R-wave amplitude changes were analyzed with electrocardiogram exercise-stress test in 42 cases. Twenty-two of them were conformedly diagnosed as coronary heart disease bycoronary arteriograpmes and their electrocardiogram exercise-stress tests were all poskive(as pos-itive group). The other 20 cases of coronary arteriographies were normal and their electrocar-diogram exercise-stress tests were negative(as negative group). The results showed that R-waveamplitude changes had no significant difference(P>0.05 ) between the positive and negativegroups , suggesting that R-wave amplitude change in electrocardiogram exercisestress test cannotbe regarded as a major index for coronary heart disease. |
