| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨前列腺素E1(PGE1)对心肌缺血 再灌注损伤的防治作用。方法 将 60例急性心肌梗死病人随机分为两组 ,对照组 30例 ,给予尿激酶溶栓治疗 1周 ,治疗组 30例 ,除以上溶栓治疗外 ,同时静滴PGE110 0 μg ,连用 7天。 结果 PGE1明显降低了静脉溶栓后再灌注心律失常的发生率 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 前列腺素E1对心肌缺血 再灌注损伤具有良好的保护作用

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the preventive-therapeutic effect of PGE 1 on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.Method 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into treatment grouop and control group.In the control group(n=30),patients were given intravenous drip of UK for a week,in the treatment group(n=30),patients were given 100μg PGE 1 for seven days in addtion to intravenous thrombolytic therapy.Results PGE 1 markedly reduced the incidence rate of reperfusion arrhythmia after thrombolysis(P<0.05).Conclusion PGE 1 could effectively protect the myocardium from ischemia-reperfusion injury. |
