息肿胶囊对心力衰竭大鼠RAS的影响

目的观察息肿胶囊对心力衰竭大鼠心功能的影响。方法80只大鼠随机分为正常对照组10只,余70只随机分为模型组、双氢克尿噻组10 mg/(kg.d)组、息肿胶囊3.75 g/(kg.d)组、息肿胶囊7.5 g/(kg.d)组、息肿胶囊15 g/(kg.d)组。正常对照组和模型组给予生理盐水10 mL/k g,其余各组腹腔注射盐酸阿霉素15 mg/kg,每周一、四和周日各给药1次,2周内注射完毕。各组在造模的同时给予治疗药物,每天给药1次,连续用药14 d。给药结束后次日,用放射免疫法测定血浆中AngⅠ、AngⅡ和ALD的含量。结果模型组血浆中AngⅠ、AngⅡ和ALD浓度明显升高,与对照组比较有极显著性差异(P均<0.01)。双氢克尿噻组与息肿胶囊组均能降低由阿霉素所致的血浆中AngⅠ、AngⅡ和ALD的浓度,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),特别是息肿胶囊高剂量组血浆AngⅠ、AngⅡ含量与模型组比较有极显著性差异(P均<0.01)。结论息肿胶囊能降低由阿霉素所致心力衰竭大鼠血浆中AngI、AngII和ALD的浓度,为其抗充血性心力衰竭的机制之一。

Effects of Xizhong Capsule on RAS in rats with heart failure

Objective It is to research the effect of Xizhong Capsule(XZC) for the protection of heart function to rats with heart failure.Method The normal control group(NCG) has 10 rats.Other 70 rats were divided randomly into five groups, that is,pathological model group(PMG),hydroaquil group,XZC 3.75 g/(kg·d) group,XZC 7.5 g/(kg·d) group,XZC 15 g/(kg·d) group.Except the NCG and PMG was given NS 10 mL/kg by intraperitoneal injection,other groups were given Adriamycin 15 mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection every Monday,Thursday And Sunday in 2 weeks.At the same time,all groups were given corresponding medicine by intraperitoneal injection for 14 days.The level of AngⅠ,AngⅡ and ALD was measured in the blood plasma of all the rats in the 15th day.Result In the blood plasma of PMG rats,the level of AngⅠ、AngⅡ and ALD increases,compare with NCG,there was statistical difference(P<0.01).Hydroaquil group and all XZC groups could reduced the level of AngⅠ,compared with PMG,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).The high dosage XZC group could reduced the level of AngⅠand AngⅡ,compared with PMG,there was statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusion XZC can reduces the level of AngⅠ,AngⅡ and ALD in blood plasma of congestive heart failure rats.
