64排螺旋CT血管成像诊断颅内动脉瘤的应用研究

摘    要:目的:探讨64排螺旋CT血管成像(CTA)及后处理技术对颅内动脉瘤诊断的准确性及临床应用价值。方法:对70例行64排螺旋CT血管成像诊断为颅内动脉瘤并进行外科手术治疗的病例进行跟踪随访,影像后处理技术包括多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)和三维容积再现(VR)。结果:70例患者检出动脉瘤85个,经外科手术证实为动脉瘤76个,9个较小动脉瘤未行手术治疗,3个动脉瘤漏诊。结论:64排螺旋CT血管成像及后处理技术诊断颅内动脉瘤准确性较高,是诊断颅内动脉瘤安全、快速、无创的方法,对临床及时采取治疗具有重要意义。

Abstract:Object: To investigate the precision and clinical application value of 64 multi-detector helical computer tomography angiography( CTA) and post-processing techniques in diagnosing intracranial aneurysm. Methods: There were totally 70 patients diagnosed as intracranial aneurysm by 64 multi-detector helical CT angiography. All of these patients had surgical resection and were followed up. Post-processing techniques included multiplanar Reconstruction( MPR),maximum intensity projections( MIP) and three dimensional volume rendering( VR). Results: There were 85 intracranial aneurysms in the 70 patients detected by CTA,among them 76 cases were identified by surgery,9 intracranial aneurysms were too small to be operated. Three of these intracranial aneurysms were missed diagnosis. Conclusion: Sixty four multidetector helical CT angiography and post-processing technique has high precision. It is a safe,quick and non-invasive method to diagnose intracranial aneurysm,which is of great significance for timely clinical treatment.
