摘    要:目的 对三种不同来源的海桐皮(豆科植物刺桐、五加科植物刺楸和芸香科植物樗叶花椒)进行生药学鉴别,为其鉴别及应用提供科学依据.方法 采用性状、薄层色谱及显微鉴定的方法.结果 上述三种不同来源的海桐皮在性状、薄层及显微方面具有专属性特征.结论 本实验提供的鉴别方法能准确地将三种不同来源的海桐皮予以区别。

Abstract:Abstract :Objective To identify three different sources of Erythrinae Cortex ( Erythrina variegata L. var. orientalis ( L. ) Merr. , Kalopanax septemlobus (ThuMb.) Koidz. and Zantnoxylum aianthoides Sieb. Et Zncc. ) by phmarmacognosy methods,and provide the scientific basis of identification and application. Method The morphological, microscopic and TLC identification methods were performed to analyze and differentiate the three different sources of Erythrinae Cortex. Result Special features in the morphological, microscopic and TLC were observed in three different sources of Erythrinae Cortex. Conclusion Three different sources of Erythrinae Cortex can be identified through morphological, microscopic and TLC.
