中西结合探析甘味中药在糖尿病中的应用

摘    要:由于甘味中药味多偏甜,且含糖分、蛋白质较多,在糖尿病的治疗中往往被认为是禁忌;然而从中医理论分析,甘味药治疗糖尿病是合适的,且现代药理学研究已经证实,多味甘味中药均可通过不同靶点起到降血糖的作用,因此正确、合理地配伍使用甘味药不仅不会升高血糖,反而非常有利于糖尿病患者的血糖控制。

Abstract:Objective Because of the much sweeter taste, more sugar and protein, sweet Chinese traditional medicine is considered a taboo in the treatment of diabetes. However, from the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, it is desirable that sweet Chinese traditional medicine could treat diabetes. And more pharmacology studies have confirmed that many kinds of sweet Chinese medicine have the effect of fall blood sugar through different targets. So the correct and reasonable compatibility should not increase the blood sugar, but should be very benefit to regulate the blood sugar of diabetic patients.
